Baby, It's Cold Outside...

Well, it's definitely starting to feel like fall. We woke up yesterday morning to temps in the mid-30's; 37 to be exact. It was crisp and refreshing! And the perfect day to break out the new Zutano dresses and tights. It's the first time I've purchased the Betty dresses and tights and I just love them!! The girls love to twirl in them - they're the perfect dress for it!! Here are a couple of pics of the new dresses!! :)

Picture Day!

Joe and I decided that yesterday was picture day! We took around 350 photos throughout the day yesterday. Here are some of my favorites! (Lexi has the two ponytails.)

Ticklefest!!

While outside with the kids, we happened upon this creature, a Black and Yellow Garden Spider. As you can see, she had a nest about an inch or so in diameter. Very cool to find but creepy since I'm NOT a spider person!

First Day of School 2007

Well, we've officially started the 07-08 school year. The girls and I dropped him off promptly at 8:25 this morning and he was excited to go. The Tues/Thurs class is mostly younger kids (3 year olds), so he was acting like an old pro getting in line and saying goodbye to us. When I picked him up after lunch, I didn't get the chance to talk to his therapist much because it was pouring out, but she did say he had a great day. Tomorrow is a full day for him so I suspect he'll be pretty tired when he gets home!

Since we're nearing the end of summer, I thought I'd share some not-otherwise-posted photos from this summer. They're just a bunch of random photos that I never took the time to share. :) Enjoy!!

Nate fell asleep like this on the couch one night. He looked so little on such a big couch!
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
One of our small summer projects - we put in a flower bed in the front of the house.
We planted the bushes last year, but we added hostas and lilies this year.
Nate and I made pizza for dinner one night. He tends to have some sensory issues when it comes to stuff being on his hands. Stuff like fingerpainting and Playdoh are a big challenge for him. I was so excited that he helped to spread out the dough and I didn't even have to force him. He LOVED helping.

Spreading the sauce.
And LOTS of cheese because he wants "cheesy pizza!".
Checking to see if it's ready.
Enjoying the fruits of his labor!
Maddie smelling the flowers.
Maxwell enjoying some outside time.
Lounging in the sun! (Censored because this IS a kid friendly site! :P)
Nate with his favorite summer activity - his number train!
The twins' first time with nail polish.
Lexi dancing wearing Nate's hat.

Daddy reading to the bunch!
